4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5. Identification & Document Requirements

All clients must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization.
We cannot notarize unsigned documents that require witness signatures unless all signers are present.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all documents are properly prepared prior to the appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

San Diego Mobile Notary is not responsible for the content, legality, or consequences of any document notarized.
We do not provide legal advice and cannot verify the validity of the document’s content.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the notarization of documents.
